Please join MCPA for the 2026 Legislative Day on Wednesday, March 4th, 2026.
Legislative Day is a great opportunity for Chiropractors to come to the Capitol and speak to your local elected officials about your profession and issues that could enrich and encumber your practice.
This year, MCPA has again initiated Equal Pay for Same Services legislation, “the Patients First Act”, would codify in State law section 2706 from the Affordable Care act which established federal non-discrimination protection for providers regarding inclusion in a plan and reimbursement based on license type.
Legislators want to hear from their constituents, especially when it comes to legislation that impacts you and your profession. We can’t do it without your help! We need your participation to help safeguard patient access to needed care and an ability to seek care from the providers of their choice.
Please join us March 4, 2026 for MCPA Legislative Day to advocate for this important legislation. If you want equal pay for same services to become a reality, your participation is imperative to our success.
